The location is a major highlight, with easy access to transport links and superb views of the sea. Staff members, especially those in the dining area, provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience featuring seasonal local products. there were notable issues with bar service, as they ran out of common drinks, and some rooms appeared in need of urgent upgrades. Despite these shortcomings, it's easy to see the potential for a better experience in the future.

Pleasant stay with stunning views
My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stay in a Superior Double Room with a stunning view of the hovercraft terminal. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we appreciated the friendly service from staff who made our trip enjoyable. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options, although the toast on some days could have been warmer. a fantastic experience despite a minor issue with breakfast service.

Dishing out big salads and fresh catches was a treat, especially at nearby Harry's Bar and Brasserie. Plus, the veggie brekky got my taste buds dancing—top marks there! The staff were lovely and super helpful, truly a highlight of the stay.
A cheeky critique for sure, corridor doors slammed like a band at the end of a gig. Room 4 was a throwback in time with a chilly bathroom.

We had a decent time here. The staff were super friendly and helped us change our room without any fuss. The location was spot-on too! The only bummer was finding no parking included—had to pay extra. But the bar area was nice for evenings.
